I was born and raised in Visalia Ca. I come from a long line of restaurant owners, my family owned Gina’s Italian Restaurant, Michaels on Main, and the Main Street Diner. I grew in the family business, my grandmother taught me how to cook using fresh ingredients just the way her mother taught her. A practice that I still carry out to this day in any meal I prepare. I graduated from Fresno State in 2006 with a Bachelors in Business. I started working in Senior Living communities in 2010 in Fort Collins Co. I instantly fell in love with the residents and the community. When I moved back to California, I continued to work in the Assisted Living industry, but took a break from Assisted Living and worked for two years as the Food and Beverage Manager at Table Mountain Casino. My passion brought me right back in to the Senior Living industry. It is my goal to bring Quail Parks dining experience to the next level of excellence making our Signature Dining Program better than the rest!
